Soccer Cookies

This was my first go at fancy cookies (besides the typical holiday sugar cookie disaster). My Missy wanted something to share with her soccer team for her birthday. This was also my first attempt at rolled buttercream. I think I could write a novel about the stuff, I learned so much the first time around. In short, it tastes great on these cookies. For cookies it is really easy to use as long as you keep it cold. Once on the cookies you don't have to worry. It stayes put if you brush a bit of corn syrup on the cookie first. Rolled buttercream is great because you can stack the cookies.
